Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of the ICTAZ MU Chapter website and portal services, including membership, elections, learning modules, chapter communications, and admin operations.
1. Membership and account use
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
- Your account is personal; credential sharing is prohibited.
- Chapter roles and portal permissions are assigned according to governance and role responsibility.
- The chapter may suspend access where misconduct, fraud, or policy violation is detected.
2. Fees, subscriptions, and payments
- Membership fees and subscriptions are governed by chapter-approved financial provisions.
- Cash payments remain pending until admin approval is completed in the workspace.
- Renewals, package changes, and grace/onboarding windows follow active platform policy settings.
- Failed or reversed payments can affect paid-feature access.
3. Elections and voting
- Voting follows chapter constitutional rules and election windows configured in the system.
- Only eligible members in good standing may vote according to election visibility and status rules.
- One-person-one-vote controls are enforced through account, identity, and audit constraints.
- Result publishing and approval follow Electoral Commission and authorized admin workflow.
4. Learning, CTF, resources, and content
- Course materials, CTF content, and chapter resources are for legitimate educational use.
- Unauthorized sharing, plagiarism, cheating, flag leakage, or abuse of scoring systems is prohibited.
- The chapter may revoke achievements, points, badges, or access after verified misconduct.
- Public and member content remains subject to chapter moderation and publishing controls.
5. Communications, liability, and changes
- The platform sends transactional and governance-related notices by email and in-portal notifications.
- Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or emergency controls.
- The chapter may amend these terms to reflect constitutional updates, operational needs, and legal requirements.
- Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
